Itaú Imaginary Squads

Imagine what Brazil’s women’s football teams might have looked like in 1959, 1963, and 1970. Using A.I., data and real testimonials, we reconstructed three classic team portraits to honor generations of women banned from the sport by Decree 3.199 (1949).

The project blended historical research, visual direction and A.I. production to create images that feel authentic to each era. The final film aired during prime time on Brazil’s most-watched news show, turning an invisible history into a national conversation.
